FISH-N-LODGE
The Fish-N-Lodge is a brand new 3 bedroom / 2 bath home completed in 2016. It's beautifully decorated and has some of the best views of the intracoastal, if you love the outdoors this home is your perfect paradise. Watch the ships go down the intracoastal waterway or cast a line and catch some fish.
The House: Enjoy the views, play outdoors, Enjoy Direct TV / and Wifi. The Fish-N-Lodge is a little piece of paradise on the Bolivar Peninsula.
Family Room- large open concept kitchen and family room - perfect for entertaining and enjoying family. Direct TV / games / Wifi / DVD player.
The DECK- lots of seating and amazing views! Enjoy watching the ships go by and cocktails at sunset!
Master Suite - (sleeps 2)- super comfy king size bed / sitting area for 2 /42 inch Smart TV with Direct TV and the capability to use your Netflix account.
Guest room (sleeps 2) - 1 queen size bed / 32 inch Smart TV with Direct TV and capability to use your Netflix account
Bunk room (sleeps 6)- 2 full bunks- each can sleep 2 people / 2 twin bunks - each can sleep 1 person. 32 inch Smart TV with Direct TV / and the capability for Netflix.
Kitchen- Fully stocked Kitchen for your baking and cooking needs. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher. A chefs dream.
Bathroom 1- oversized Masterbath with beautiful walk - in shower
Secondary bathroom - with shower and tub.
Downstairs- built in picnic table for outdoor dining and entertaining. Horsehoe pit, cornhole, washers, kayaks, firepit - the outdoor paradise!!!
Other Amenities:
Outdoor gas grill, washer and dryer / blow dryer in both bathrooms / iron and ironing board / plenty of room for parking / coffee maker / crockpot / hand blender / blender / some spices / coffee and some pantry items provided.
The Fish-N-Lodge is pet free and smoke free! Thank you for obeying our rules!
Linens- All Linens provided - including 2 bath towels per person, 2 washcloths per person and 2 hand towels per person. Cleaning fee is also included.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels. We provide trash bags, but do ask that you put all trash in the cans out by the street. Please strip beds and leave all sheets in laundry room upon departure.
Please clean all dishes upon departure.

We are available 24/7! Our number is located in the welcome book on the coffee table.
